Preparing The Way Ministries
Mission
Our mission at Preparing the Way Ministries is to introduce you to the love of Jesus Christ through His word and deeds. As we prepare hearts to believe in Him, to accept Him, and to worship Him, hearts will be changed, minds renewed, and lives will be transformed into spirit-filled Christians walking in complete faith plus total victory.
Vision
Our vision at Preparing the Way is to prepare the hearts of lost souls to Jesus Christ through His Word. We seek to develop people to spiritual maturity with every spiritual gift given to us. As our gifts are activated and stirred, the body of Christ will be perfected, equipping and empowering us to excel in everyday living.

Preparing The Way Ministries, led by Pastor Nikolai and Pastor Darlene Pearson, is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and community support through engaging worship services, impactful teachings, and various outreach programs. Our ministry empowers members by providing a nurturing environment where they can deepen their faith, receive guidance, and find fellowship.

committment, and building his congregation to achieve
the gifts of God.

Understanding the Word
Isaiah 40:31 (NLT)
But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Pastor Pearson's Understanding
What this scripture says to me is that before you take flight you need to be
fed by faith.
Our Faith must be the source of our strength. At times we are
weak and weary but faith in the strength of God fuels us up.
When you need fuel in your gas tank you don’t look for a restaurant, you look for a gas station.
Find the right source to receive strength and you will be ready to rise and soar again.
You will soar higher because you have been fed/fueled by the Lord.
Ephesians 6:17
Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Pastor Pearson's Understanding
The helmet of salvation is to protect and safeguard your mind from every mental assault of the devil.
The helmet protects the head and the head protects the mind.
A law was passed that allows motorists to drive their motorcycle without a helmet, the very thing that can save their life.
If an accident occurs, this can be very deadly or traumatic because there was no head covering.
This also happens spiritually, without the Helmet of salvation, people can begin to doubt who Jesus is and who He want them to be.
Isaiah 43:2 (NIV)
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.
Pastor Pearson's Understanding
No matter what you go through, He is always with you.
Even when we feel like we are drowning,
He’s there with you to save you and lift you up.
When it seems like you’re in the fire, chaos and trouble all around you, He is with you.
You may be in the fire but when you come out, you won’t even smell or look like what you’ve been through.
God has You covered, He will never leave you or forsake you.

We welcome you just as you are, with respect and kindness. If your clothing is revealing or contains offensive language, please speak with our ushers, and we will provide you with appropriate attire for the service.
How many donation offering do you request?
Our church is fortunate to have cheerful givers who appreciate that we only ask for 1 offering for each service.
If I'm late can I still come in?
Absolutely, our prayer is that as you arrive and get settled, the words you need to hear are ready and waiting for you.
